Near-Field Direct Writing Electrospinning Equipment Biomaterial 3D Printer
The biomaterial 3D printer is developed for tissue engineering. Tissue engineer scaffolds facilitate the proliferation and differentiation of cells, at the same time, it can rapidly promote the repair and regeneration of defective tissues. The diameter of the tissue scaffold prodeced by our equipment is less than 1μm and it is more conductive for cells to attach and differentiate.

 

Technical Characteristics

A solid probe tip was used as a spinning nozzle. The tip of the needle tip was sprayed with a solution droplet to eject a spinning jet. The ordered and controlled deposition of ordered nanofibers was achieved by using a straight-line stable jet.
